The First lady has made an inspiring visit to America"s favourite family. Michelle Obama is the latest figure to appear in The Simpsons. Dressed in purple and wearing pearls, she flies into Springfield to give the kids an inspiring speech.
In "Stealing First Base", she defends Lisa revealing that she was also teased at school and got straight A"s. But Michelle, voiced by Oscar-winning actress Angela Bassett, also warns Lisa"s classmates to be nice to her as : "The overachievers may someday run the country."
Michelle then flies off after opening the aircraft door herself.
